File menu

The File menu contains options as follows:

New : Create a new data grid within ECOM into which you can enter your data.

Close all : To close both the biological and the environmental datasets. If you have made changes to either of the raw data grids, you will be prompted to save them before closing.

Export : To export the currently active grid.

Save Both : To save both the biological and the environmental datasets under their current names, whether or not changes have been made to them.

Save Both As : To save both the biological and the environmental datasets under new names, with the option of saving as a csv file or an xls file.

Print : gives access to a wide range of printing options.

Exit : closes the program.
