PiscesLogoSmallerStill Tips for improving graphical output

It frequently happens that the default ordination graph will have overlapping labels or labels that overlap the axes. To stop the labels overlapping the axes enter the graph options menu and manually select the maximum and minimum to be a greater or lesser value than the default for each axis. It is sometimes possible to reduce the overlap of labels by using the 3D options. Alternatively, it may be useful to display the ordination from different directions so that different labels lie on top. Generally it is best to avoid large species or sample names. For large figures consider labeling the species 1, 2, 3 etc. and putting a key in the caption.
