This graph shows the environmental variables plotted on the ordination axes. It will allow you to see which variables are closely correlated with particular axes. For example, a high positive correlation with an axis will be shown by a variable that has a long arrow pointing in almost the same direction as the axis. A variable with an arrow at almost right angles to an axis indicates that it is almost uncorrelated with the axis.
You are able to plot the environmental variables with the ordination space defined by the first four axes only. Other axes are unlikely to be of any importance.
